This visa allows Australian States or Territory to nominated skilled worker to live and work in Australia permanently. Your occupation must be on state skill occupation list. Each state has different requirements for nomination.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must Lodge an EOI and received the invitation to apply for this visa
- You have obtained positive skill assessment for the which is listed on state occupation list for subclass 190.

- Nominated by a state or territory government agency
- Age under 45 at the time of invitation
- have Competent English
- Meet health and character requirements
Additional Information for Nomination by a State or Territory Government
- Each State and Territory Government has its own list of occupations in demand in their area. There may be specific requirements in relation to your work experience, English language ability or specialised skills.
- If you are nominated by a state or territory agency, you will be invited to apply for the visa. If you are invited, you have 60 calendar days to apply for the visa. We will then process your visa application.
