This is points based permanent visa for skilled workers with relevant occupation on the Medium- and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLSSL)
Eligibility Criteria
- You must be aged under 45 when Department send you to invite for the visa.
- You must be able to score at least 65 points or more with necessary evidence to claim all points https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/tools/points-calculator
- You must have a valid suitable skill assessment and occupation must be on (MLTSSL)
- Submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect
- Must be at least competent English
- Meet Health and Character requirements
