Expression of Interest
EOI is used in skilled migration visa programs and involves a detailed, point-based system to assess eligibility for Permanent Residence. Department of immigration assess the applicants point based eligibility and send the invite to the applicant for Skilled migration.

Point-Based System: Applicants are required to provide information such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency and other criteria. EOI’s are usually submitted online through immigration portals like SkillSelect. It is not a guarantee of visa or permanent residency but a step of selection process.
Compliance
You must keep yours documents up to date like English Language Proficiency, Skill assessment, NATI Result. It is often found that student received the invite, but their documents are expired.
